The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing processes to ensure on-time delivery, exceptional quality, and high customer satisfaction. This role requires a data-driven approach to operations, the development of strong leadership pipelines, and the optimization of inventory and capacity. The COO will also be expected to foster a safe, compliant, and high-performance work environment, and to partner cross-functionally with human resources, sales, and engineering. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for an engineering or finance discipline, and at least 10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with B2B distribution operations is essential, and an MBA or continued education in engineering is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in launching a brownfield operation and success in implementing foundational manufacturing processes and scaling. Key responsibilities include supporting product development and production goals, maintaining a safety-focused work environment, driving group performance to meet financial objectives, and executing productivity projects to reduce costs.
