Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly professional Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead our food and beverage staff to ensure that our strict member and guest satisfaction standards are consistently met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will blend hands-on hospitality with administrative leadership to foster a welcoming environment and drive service excellence across all dining areas and outlets.Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Receives and greets members and guestsSuggests and describes available appetizers, entrees, desserts, alcoholic beverages and wines to members and guests.Coordinates food service between kitchen and service staffInspects all linens daily for proper appearanceMaintains all silver and copper service ware itemsResolves member/guest complaintsAssures that all safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures are in place and consistency followedAssures that revenue control procedures are continually followedInspects dining room to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness and safetyProvides layout and design recommendations to applicable managersSuggests dining room decoration for special themesAssures that pre-opening cleaning tasks are assigned and completed as requiredManages the guest reservation systemAssists with service of food and beverages in outlets and for special functions when neededAssists with table clearing and resetting as neededSuggest when additional service supplies and small equipment are neededEnforces established rules, regulations and policiesMaintains cigars, cigarettes and amenities for dining roomAssists in dining room inventory assessmentsSuggestively sells daily special to all members and guestsAssists in training and mentoring food & beverage staffMust have open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
