North America Regional Product Manager (Protein Diagnostics)

Thermo Fisher Scientific

Regional Product Manager responsible for driving commercial success and growth of protein diagnostics products across North America. The role translates global strategy into regional execution through cross-functional leadership, portfolio management, product launches, and customer engagement across the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute North American product strategies aligned with global objectives and regional market needs
Own regional portfolio performance including revenue growth, market share, profitability, and adoption metrics
Lead product launches and commercialization initiatives across US and Canada
Engage with key customers including health systems, academic medical centers, and reference laboratories
Develop field enablement programs and training for commercial and support teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Diagnostics, or Biotechnology
Product management or commercial leadership experience in diagnostics
Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory requirements
Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
Demonstrated experience with product launches and portfolio lifecycle management
Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capabilities
