Cardiologist Position

The Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University seeks a faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor to serve as a Cardiologist. The selected faculty member will participate in both inpatient and outpatient services, to include night and weekend call coverage. Opportunities to participate in echocardiography and other aspects of non-invasive imaging are present to the extent that they are desired. Opportunities abound to work with house staff, fellows, and physician extenders. Education and clinical research will be available as well based on experience and expertise.

This position is fiscal year based and works year-round. The intended work commitment or full-time equivalent (FTE) for this position is 1.0 and considered full-time. Assistant Professor - Salary and compensation is commensurate with education, experience, and achievements. The salary is subject to availability of funds. Associate Professor - Salary and compensation is commensurate with education, experience, and achievements. The salary is subject to availability of funds. Professor - Salary and compensation is commensurate with education, experience, and achievements. The salary is subject to availability of funds.
