Position: Legal Assistant - Floater Location: Atlantic City, NJ Pay Rate: $25/hr Looking to take the next step in your legal career? We're hiring an experienced Legal Assistant - Floater to provide administrative and legal support across multiple practice areas! Job Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys
- Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents and correspondence
- Handle court e-filings, pleadings, and exhibits
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and deadlines
- Maintain electronic and physical legal files and records
- Assist attorneys and legal teams as needed
- Full-Time
- 2-5 years of Legal Assistant experience preferred
- Knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures
- Experience preparing and filing legal documents
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- NetDocuments experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
