This individual will work closely with company leadership, HR, and internal stakeholders to help manage contracts, mitigate risk, and support day-to-day legal need s.This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities, and partnering with business teams to provide practical legal solution Key Responsibilities iesContracts & Business Supp ortReview, prepare, and assist with negotiation of various business agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other commercial documen ts.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure agreements align with business objectives and company standar ds.Maintain and update contract templates, documentation, and internal resourc es.Track agreements, approvals, renewals, and other important legal documentati on. Compliance & Employee Sup portAssist leadership and HR with employment-related documentation, policies, and compliance initiati ves.Support the creation and maintenance of internal procedures, guidelines, and operational documentat ionHelp identify potential risks and recommend solutions to support compliance and best practi ces. Corporate & Operational Assis tanceAssist with corporate records, internal controls, and administrative legal proce sses.Partner with internal teams to address business needs and improve workf lows.Conduct research and provide support on various legal and operational matters as ne eded.Coordinate with outside counsel when specialized legal support is requ ired. Qualific ationsParalegal certification, legal studies background, or equivalent experience pref erred.2–6 years of experience in a corporate, transactional, or law firm enviro nment.Experience reviewing and drafting contracts strongly pref erred.Knowledge of employment-related matters, compliance, and business opera tions.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication s kills.Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced enviro nment.
