A highly respected boutique Business Management firm serving clients across the music and entertainment industry is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its growing team in South Nashville.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client accounting and financial operations
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding reporting, budgeting, and financial processes
• Assist with account reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and financial organization
• Support entertainment and music industry clients with evolving business needs
• Help ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and discretion across all client matters

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in accounting, client services, business management, or account management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
• Professional, polished, and service-oriented mindset
• Experience within music, entertainment, business management, public accounting, or family office environments is highly preferred
