Community Health Navigator — HIV/Hep C Outreach & Linkage
University of Kentucky
The University of Kentucky Community Health Advocate role focuses on client-centered outreach, education, and navigation for individuals at risk for or living with HIV and Hepatitis C in the Louisville area. Using a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach, the position builds trust with clients and partners to reduce stigma, promote timely linkage to care, and support retention in medical, behavioral health, and supportive services. #J-18808-Ljbffr University of Kentucky
