Associate Project Manager

Supporting the Closure, RMA, and Warranty services function, the full-time Associate Project Manager will coordinate project closeout documentation, action tracking, and warranty cases while maintaining effective communication with customers and vendors, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment from Berkeley, California or remotely. Key responsibilities Maintain project closure plans, action logs, and documentation management for deployed SCADA and controls projects Log and coordinate RMA and warranty requests, ensuring complete case records and effective communication with stakeholders Prepare routine closure dashboards and reports summarizing project progress, open items, and compliance with closure procedures Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience One to three years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer support, or related functions Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple action lists and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project-management or ERP tools Willingness to learn technical concepts related to SCADA and utility-scale solar projects Virtual Vocations Inc
