Client Advisor, Visual Expert

Summary The Client Advisor - Visual Expert in Houston is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while achieving individual and store sales targets. The role combines high-level personalized selling with ownership of in-store visual presentation, partnering with the Visual Merchandising team to execute floor changes and displays. The advisor uses CRM tools, manages a client book, and supports inventory, shipping, and overall store presentation. Responsibilities Continuously meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives and KPIs. Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships. Use CRM to record client information and drive personalized outreach and event promotion. Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to plan and execute floor moves, windows, displays, and in-store activations. Implement and uphold visual standards across the sales floor and adapt VM to store architecture and local trends. Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom; support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed. Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues to support consistent product knowledge and visual execution. Requirements Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment. Proven experience as a visual merchandiser with expertise in window and interior display creation. Demonstrated track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets. Willingness to work nights, overnights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to a fast-paced environment and varied customer needs. Experience using CRM tools and maintaining an accurate client book.
