Position: Administrative Trainee (Roofing)
We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to build a long-term career in the construction and home improvement industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and submitting roofing and construction permits
- Communicate with city and county permitting offices as needed
- Track permit statuses, approvals, and project timelines
- Coordinate with project managers, crews, and homeowners
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Support general administrative and scheduling tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
