Senior Director of FP&A - Treasury

• Architect and lead Endeavour’s Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, and Capital Management capabilities
• Lead development of an integrated financial planning and performance management framework with monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts
• Develop driver-based project-level and entity-level forecasting models and budgets, consolidated into top-level financial reporting
• Create integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow planning infrastructure
• Partner across Endeavour to develop stand-alone budgets for each operating entity supporting quarterly business reviews
• Collaborate with the CFO and Founder on actuals, budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and liquidity matters
• Determine intercompany chargeback allocations with controllership and accounting
• Implement KPI scorecards and management reporting
• Design and document scalable FP&A financial processes, tools, and best practices
• Advise on capital structure, liquidity strategy, and financing initiatives
• Develop treasury strategy covering liquidity, working capital, banking relationships, and capital deployment
• Build a 14-week real-time cash flow model with dashboards for Founder and CFO review
• Evaluate investment opportunities, funding requirements, expected returns, and strategic priorities for capital allocation
• Lead foreign exchange risk management strategies and support international treasury operations
• Develop intercompany funding strategies and manage banking relationships
• Oversee banking relationships, treasury operations, and cash management infrastructure for domestic and international operations
• Partner with Controllership, Tax, Procurement, and Operations to improve financial processes and business insights
• Support implementation of Endeavour’s ERP and financial planning technologies
• Support M&A integration, including forecasting alignment and systems integration
• Build scalable infrastructure supporting international expansion
• Drive continuous improvement focused on efficiency, accuracy, and accountability
• Contribute to hiring and mentoring future FP&A and Treasury team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
• 15+ years of experience in Treasury, FP&A, or Corporate Finance
• Experience building finance processes in scaling businesses
• Expert-level Excel skills
• Familiarity with financial planning tools and business intelligence platforms
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and internal cost allocations
• Ability to independently build systems and processes where none currently exist
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities as the team scales
• Self-motivated, strategic, collaborative, and highly organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant credentials strongly preferred
• Experience in high-growth companies, private equity, startups, or complex entity structures is a strong plus
• Financial systems implementation or enhancement experience is a plus
