Before becoming an agent, I spent four years as a State Farm team member and also bring an entrepreneurial background, which has shaped a strong focus on growth, performance, and building something meaningful. I’m a graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago and moved to the U.S. from Ukraine in 2003. I have a background in competitive soccer and was set to play in college before an ACL injury – an experience that helped shape my resilience and drive. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
