Program Management Office Manager

Revolution Medicines

Revolution Medicines seeks a Program Management Office Manager to strengthen program management capabilities across its oncology development portfolio. The role involves partnering with program managers and cross-functional teams to develop scalable processes, tools, and standards that enhance planning, execution, and visibility across multiple development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Partner with Program Managers and molecule teams to identify process improvement opportunities
Develop and implement program management processes, tools, templates, and standards across portfolio
Support development of integrated planning tools providing visibility into milestones and dependencies
Gather stakeholder feedback to identify challenges and translate insights into PMO solutions
Drive implementation and sustained adoption of new PMO capabilities through training and guidance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in life sciences, or master's degree with 6+ years in scientific field
Strong understanding of program management principles including integrated planning and risk management
Working knowledge of drug development lifecycle and cross-functional team dynamics
Ability to identify business needs and develop scalable processes and tools
Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience establishing metrics and driving process improvement initiatives
