Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize their performance and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively within the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
