Compensation $48,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure Expected Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125K+ Established performers commonly exceed $200K+ annually through uncapped commissions, recurring revenue incentives, and performance bonuses. Most activities occur during standard clinic hours Monday through Friday, though occasional flexibility for workshops, patient communication, and community events may be required.
