What You ll Do

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN services, including deliveries (vaginal and C-section) and gynecological surgeries
• Respond to 24-hour OB and Gyn ED calls while remaining within a 20-minute response time
• Collaborate with support staff, including dedicated medical assistants and a practice manager
• Manage approximately 16-20 patient admissions per day, with around 40 deliveries per month
• Ensure quality patient care during in-hospital and outpatient settings
• Maintain necessary documentation utilizing Cerner EMR system

What You Need
Required:

• Active medical license in California
• Certification in OB/GYN
• Experience in full-scope OB/GYN practice, including deliveries and surgeries
• Ability to respond promptly to emergency calls

Preferred:

• Prior locum or temporary staffing experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
