Product Engineer

Orange Quarter is working with a fast-growing, S-tier venture-backed AI healthcare startup in New York City. The company is building an AI-native platform that consolidates clinical and operational workflows for healthcare providers, replacing fragmented legacy systems with a unified product. Following a significant recent funding round, the business is scaling fast and approaching eight-figure ARR. Its platform handles sensitive clinical and financial data and serves as a critical system within customers’ day to day operations The Role: They’re hiring product-focused full-stack engineers to own meaningful areas of the platform end to end. You’ll work directly with the founders and customers, understand complex healthcare workflows, make product and architecture decisions, and ship quickly. What You’ll Do: Build full-stack product features across the platform Work directly with behavioral health providers Apply LLMs, agents, and automation to clinical and operational workflows Own APIs, data models, integrations, and infrastructure Help shape the product and engineering culture What They’re Looking For: 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience. Sharp product instincts Comfort operating with ambiguity and ownershipInterest in LLMs, agents, and AI-native product development Early-stage startup experience is a plus The team is based in New York and works from the office 5 days a week.
