Landscape Operations Manager
Pay: Up to $100,000 per year Base Salary: $75,000 + profit sharing Schedule: Monday–Friday, year-round work
Job Overview
A well-established provider of premium landscape design, installation, and maintenance services is seeking an experienced Landscape Operations Manager to lead daily operations. This role oversees multiple maintenance and installation crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in landscape management or a similar field and a proven track record of team leadership and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day landscape operations, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Manage and schedule multiple crews, equipment, and materials to ensure timely project completion.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and safety.
- Monitor project progress, address issues or delays, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, addressing needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in landscape management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful project and team management.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design, horticulture, irrigation systems, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an employee-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
