Patient Account Manager

A company is looking for a Patient Account Manager responsible for managing accounts receivable across multiple hospitals. Key Responsibilities Manage staff including onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and workload management to meet operational goals Develop and adhere to departmental budgets, responding to business changes affecting budget goals Analyze data to drive improvements in the revenue cycle and ensure quality assurance programs are in place Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 5-10 years of relevant experience 2-5 years of supervisory experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred) 5-10 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
