Intake Registered Nurse

Psychiatric Institute of Washington seeks an Intake Registered Nurse to support acute inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. In this patient-centered role, you will perform comprehensive intake and risk assessments, triage to the appropriate level of care, and coordinate safe admissions and transfers. Working in a secure clinical setting, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support crisis stabilization, implement evidence-based interventions, maintain detailed documentation, and contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
