Associate Consultant I

Coastal is looking for motivated individuals ready to launch a career in technology consulting. This entry-level, onsite role includes hands‑on training and is ideal for recent graduates (undergraduate or beyond) who are excited about technology, consulting, and building real-world skills. The initial training program at the start of your position will provide you with the hard skills needed to be successful in the technology industry. After completion of the training period, the Associate Consultant I will: Works effectively individually and with Coastal and client members toward customer satisfaction and success Takes direction from project team members and immediate supervisor Demonstrates a basic level of knowledge of common enterprise systems CRM or ERP Ability to understand and document client business processes and identify related systems touchpoints Ability to understand client requirements and pain points, as well as user acceptance test scripts Ability to test functionality from the perspective of various users/personas Seeks opportunities to develop professional skills Exercise independent judgment on small engagements or as a part of a team on large projects Achieves necessary technical certifications Demonstrates the ability to perform Salesforce.com administration, configuration, and data migration duties as directed Required Skills, Education and Experience Undergraduate or Graduate degree in related field with exposure to technology, business, or consulting Less than one year of hands‑on Salesforce experience; Salesforce Certifications will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis Ability to commute to one of our office locations: Lexington, KY; Atlanta, GA; or Tysons Corner, VA Completion of the Coastal Cloud Internship Training Program (pre‑interview) Trailmix on Trailhead Interest in the technology and consulting industries and strong technical aptitude (Microsoft Office, GSuite, various coding/automation languages, etc) Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication, relationship building, presentation skills, teamwork, and adaptability Self‑starter, takes initiative, willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced industry surrounded by like‑minded individuals Must have a full‑time, permanent work authorization in the United States #J-18808-Ljbffr
