Bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator

We’re looking for an experienced Bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator to support one of our busy, fast-paced client locations in Mahwah, NJ . This is not a desk-only position . We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a high-volume distribution environment, can think on their feet, stay organized when priorities change quickly, and communicate effectively with employees, client managers, and multiple departments throughout the day. Direct Hire Pay Rate: DoE Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM What You’ll Do Coordinate day-to-day staffing activities at the client site Work closely with client managers to understand staffing needs and respond to changes quickly Support employee attendance, call-outs, and other employee-related concerns Communicate staffing updates and employee issues to the appropriate teams Build strong working relationships with employees and client management Help monitor staffing levels and ensure staffing needs are addressed Be visible and engaged on the floor while supporting employees and client operations Assist with resolving staffing and employee-related issues in a timely manner Maintain accurate records, follow up on outstanding issues, and keep communication flowing Help ensure a positive, organized, and productive work environment Be flexible to work longer hours during peak season, particularly in the last quarter of the year What We’re Looking For Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, onsite coordination, supervision, or a similar role Bilingual English/Spanish is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with multiple managers and departments Experience handling employee attendance, call-outs, and staffing-related issues Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable being visible and active on the floor Reliable transportation to the Mahwah, NJ location Flexibility to work longer hours during peak season The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who likes being busy, takes ownership, communicates well, and knows how to bring organization to a high-energy operation.
