As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while supporting daily operations, scheduling, communication, and client retention. We are looking for someone who is: Warm, professional, and personable Comfortable building relationships with clients Confident speaking on the phone and following up with leads Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Coachable and eager to learn Passionate about wellness, beauty, skincare, and client care Comfortable discussing services, promotions, and treatment options with clients Client Communication Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Follow up with prospective and existing clients Assist with client retention and rebooking Front Desk Operations Check clients in and out Manage intake forms and client records Support daily office operations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Sales & Client Experience Educate clients on services, packages, and promotions Assist with package and product sales Request reviews and testimonials Help create a positive, luxury client experience Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using phones, social media, texting, and scheduling software Sales experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Medspa, spa, medical office, salon, or hospitality experience preferred Benefits Employee discounts on products and services Complimentary treatment each quarter (facial, laser session, etc.) Commission opportunities on sales Growth opportunities within the company Supportive and positive team environment Salary based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Kindcare Pediatric Center
