If you have a strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background and enjoy troubleshooting automated production equipment, this is a great opportunity to join a stable company with long-term career potential.ShiftRegular Schedule:Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM – 2:30 AMFriday & Saturday: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PMTraining Schedule:Training will take place on 1st Shift for approximately 2–4 weeks before transitioning to the regular schedule.What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic equipmentPerform preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenanceDiagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtimeRepair and maintain automated manufacturing equipmentService and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and CNC controlsRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsInspect and maintain electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, and transfer switchesSupport automation and continuous improvement initiativesComplete facility maintenance as needed, including HVAC, lighting, doors, and building systemsMaintain accurate maintenance records and repair documentationFollow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work areaAssist with inventory management and maintenance parts organizationQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required5+ years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systemsExperience working with: PLC SystemsHMI InterfacesVariable Frequency Drives (VFDs)CNC ControlsExperience in a continuous automated manufacturing environment preferredForklift, Scissor Lift, or Aerial Work Platform certification is a plusStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsBasic computer skills including Microsoft Office and emailContinuous improvement mindset with a hands-on approachPhysical RequirementsLift up to 50 pounds as neededStand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in an industrial manufacturing environmentAbility to safely perform maintenance on production equipment and facility systemsWhy You'll Love This OpportunityCompetitive pay based on experienceStable, full-time opportunity with a growing manufacturerHands-on work with modern manufacturing equipment and automation systemsOpportunity for long-term career growth and advancementCollaborative team environment focused on safety and continuous improvementReady to take the next step in your maintenance career?
