Job Requirements:

RN/LPN Active License
Must Have Valid CPR BLS Card
Must Have A Copy Of A Neg TB Skin Test Results, Chest Xray or TBQ Gold Quantifer On Blood Test Results
Must Have Level 2 Background Clearance
Must Be Able To Provide Proof Of Car Insurance
Must Speak English Clearly
Must Have Good Driving Record
Must Have Reliable Transportation
