Check out this video that highlights our amazing company culture. POSITION PURPOSE: The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end management and coordination of custom orders. This role ensures timely, accurate and compliant orders while delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams, vendors and customers. The coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for implementation activities, ensuring all requests are processed efficiently and aligned with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs)RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:REQUIRED:2-4 years of experience in service delivery, order management, or customer operationsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactional workExcellent communication and customer service skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with order management or ticketing systemsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsPREFERRED:Experience in telecommunications, technology or service-based industriesFamiliarity with order workflows, billing impacts and service order processesExperience working with cross-functional operational teamsKnowledge of SLA's, compliance requirements or service delivery frameworksPRIMARY RESPONSIBLILITES: Manage and process all customer orders from initiation through completionValidate order details for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business rulesCoordinates scheduling with internal teams, field technicians and third-party vendorsMonitor order progress to ensure deadlines and SLAs are consistently metAct as the first point of contact for escalations related to ordersCommunicate proactively with customers regarding order status, timelines, and requirementsCollaborate with billing, provisioning and service delivery teams to resolve account or service discrepancies prior to order completionEnsure proper documentation and tracking of all order activities in company systemsIdentify and address process gaps, delays, or risks impacting order completionSupport audit and compliance requirements related to service order activitiesContribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfactionProvide reporting and updates on order volume, performance and trends.
