The Assistant is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operating activities of his/her relevant department with regards to user setup and access roles and acts as a relief assistant. Essential Functions: Continuously manage and monitor branch assistance with user access. Processing new users on Nupay. Processing existing users. Processing user movement. Processing pass key. Processing access functions roles. Assist in AM and branch queries. Processing Support calls. Update user report. Nupay reporting. Job Qualifications and Requirements: Matric Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is recommended 1 year experience in a working environment Skills, Knowledge and Attitude requirement An ability to orally communicate in a clear, respectful, honest, assertive and persuasive manner Numeracy and literacy abilities to the level that ensures no mistakes A flair for administrative organization and detail A positive attitude An ability to operate a computer and peripherals effectively and at acceptable speeds Understanding of the need for urgency when dealing with daily and monthly reports, complaints and qeries Acuracy in the maintenance or records and systems An ability to converse in at least two languages spoken within the market place A compliance to all workplace rules and procedures A willingness to undertake duties beyond the confines of your job Dedicated and Disciplined Attention to detail Focussed to the task at hand #J-18808-Ljbffr Finbond Mutual Bank
