As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) on our team, you'll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence. Your hands-on care will play a vital role in helping seniors maintain confidence, safety, and quality of life.

You'll also be an important part of our care continuity approach, collaborating closely with our home health partners within the same communities. This integrated model supports seamless transitions, consistent care plans, and a positive experience for both patients and staff.
