Paint Department Manager Location: Sharon, MA Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $28–$32 per hour, based on experience About the Role Koopman Lumber is looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Paint Department Manager to lead our Paint Department in Sharon, MA. This is a hands‑on sales and leadership role for someone who knows paint, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in running a successful department. You’ll work with homeowners, contractors, and professional painters while overseeing the day-to-day organization, inventory, merchandising, and sales of the department.
