Position Highlights: Provide direct clinical care and manage perioperative processes for orthopedic trauma, with a focus on foot & ankle surgery. Lead, mentor, and educate within a thriving academic setting. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the organization and community partners. Engage in continuous quality improvement, specialty program development, and hospital committee activities. Utilize advanced resources and contribute to program development. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Compensation and Benefits: We offer some of the most competitive benefits in American healthcare! Attractive Salary: $325,000-$400,000 annually, along with performance bonuses and regular salary increases. Recruitment/Relocation Incentive: Available for highly qualified candidates! Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship (non-citizens may be considered per policy if qualified). MD/DO or equivalent; completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program. Board Certified/Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery. Fellowship training or substantial experience in foot and ankle surgery (including arthroplasty) is highly preferred.
