Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, typically from 8 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services directly to clients with major mental illness or severe emotional disorders through both teletherapy sessions and community outreach.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to align treatment objectives and enhance patient outcomes.

• Engage and maintain respectful relationships with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, adapting treatment approaches to meet diverse needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in assessments, screenings, and the development of care plans tailored for individual client requirements.

• Monitor client progress through regular meetings, ensuring alignment with treatment plans and facilitating access to necessary services.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during challenging situations, implementing appropriate strategies to ensure client safety and stability.

• Complete necessary documentation and reporting in a timely manner, adhering to organizational policies, professional ethics, and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population primarily consisting of individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Many clients may come from underprivileged backgrounds, experiencing barriers to traditional healthcare services, making your understanding of their unique challenges critical. By engaging with empathy and culturally competent practices, you will help empower clients towards recovery and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required for this position.

• Possession of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
