As a key member of the school support team, you’ll be providing leave coverage for at least one confirmed FMLA absence, with flexible dates expected during the spring semester for a duration of approximately 2–4 months. Caseload and specific school assignments will be determined based on your availability and school needs, serving a diverse student population, with a focus on special education (SPED) students.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Missouri LCSW required (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• Previous experience with school-based social work highly preferred
• Background working with special education populations is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and manage evolving caseloads
• Commitment to district compliance, including technology and fingerprinting requirements

Responsibilities:

• Deliver social work services to students across assigned schools
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments and provide counseling, advocacy, and crisis intervention
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and legal protocols
