After the initial training period onsite, there will be an option for work-from-home flexibility or remote work. Summary: The Member Service Agent provides service to members of the credit union by processing their financial transactions and educating them on credit union products and services over the phone and via email and other electronic correspondence. Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED and six months of experience working with the general public required Previous phone experience is helpful Competencies Must be friendly, personable, professional, and service-oriented Good oral and written communication skills Ability to think outside the box and problem solve Ability to multi-task and adapt to change Spanish speaking is a plus Computer/Software Skills Microsoft Office Suite; strong ability to learn new software programs Salary Starting at $21/hour DOE. #J-18808-Ljbffr Deseret First Credit Union
