Project Manager (M/F)

Position based in Le Mans (72)

On behalf of our client, you will be responsible for following the evolution of several distinct projects. You will lead a team of cross-functional business actors to develop improvement solutions for our products for applications in severe environments (Aeronautics, Rail, Defense, Industry, etc.). Relationships with various entities of the group are expected without the need for travel.

Your main duties will include:

• Leading a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the redesign of our products and the adaptation of our manufacturing processes to meet environmental, quality, cost, and time objectives,
• Intervening throughout the project cycle from research and identification of solutions, validation of performance, qualification of products and processes, to achieving operational objectives,
• Collaborating with clients and organizations to qualify products under agreed conditions,
• Being the primary contact for our clients on your projects and regularly participating in internal steering committees to monitor project progress.

Autonomous with strong communication, collaboration, and team-building skills, you demonstrate innovation and rigor in team leadership and project management to achieve planned objectives.

Required Profile

Mechanical engineer or generalist with a background in project management or with demonstrated relevant skills from previous assignments.

We offer a temporary contract (CDD) of 3 months renewable with a start as soon as possible.
