Austin, Texas About the Role Lead the development of high-performance digital and mixed-signal electronics for advanced aerospace and space systems. This role combines technical leadership, team management, and hands‑on engineering to deliver reliable, manufacturable hardware across a growing portfolio of products. Key Responsibilities Lead digital and mixed-signal hardware development across multiple programs. Drive engineering excellence in high-speed digital design, signal integrity, and architecture reviews. Support critical design, debug, and production-readiness activities. Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, manufacturability, and testability requirements. Collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing hardware engineering team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering. 7+ years of digital or mixed-signal hardware design experience. Expertise in high-speed digital electronics, PCB design, and signal integrity. Experience with DFM, DFT, and product transition to production. Strong leadership, communication, and technical problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Altium and SI analysis tools. Preferred Aerospace, defense, space, or SDR experience. FPGA-based system development and familiarity with Xilinx Vivado. Prior technical leadership or engineering management experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
