is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join the fast-growing family of UT Health East Texas hospitals and clinics.

About the Position:

• Average patient load of 12-25 per day
• EMR: EPIC
• 4 clinic days/week
• Newborn call rotation
• Lab and X-ray onsite
• Located at UT Health Henderson campus

UT Health Henderson is a 96-bed facility that is a part of UTHealth East Texas. Formed in 2018 through the combination of East Texas Medical Center Regional Healthcare System (ETMC) and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler (UT Health Northeast), UT Health East Texas provides care to thousands of patients each year through its extensive regional network of 10 hospitals, multiple clinics, rehabilitation centers, freestanding emergency centers, urgent care facilities and other locations.

The University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine is the first medical school in East Texas and the seventh in The University of Texas System. Its mission is to train future healthcare professionals to embrace responsibility for the unique needs of rural and hard-to-reach communities and populations, particularly those in East Texas.

The school offers a robust Graduate Medical Education program, with 20 residency and fellowship training programs, enabling graduates to gain specialized skills in areas such as family medicine, internal medicine, neurology, psychiatry, surgery, and anesthesia. Construction is currently underway on a five-story, 248,000-square-foot Medical Education Building (MEB) in Tyler's Midtown District. Connected by a skybridge to UT Health Tyler, the MEB will support interdisciplinary education for medical students and resident training.
