Ourisman Tri-State Subaru is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Writer to join our growing service team. We are a busy, fast-paced dealership with a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a high-volume environment and enjoy helping customers while maximizing your earning potential, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Manage the service drive and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs
- Present maintenance and repair services
- Maintain high CSI scores
- Process warranty claims and service documentation
- Build lasting customer relationships
What We're Looking For
- Previous dealership Service Advisor/Writer experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven sales and CSI performance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
