Responsibilities Year 1 Learn to build your own Financial Planning Practice by guiding and coaching clients toward their financials goals. Learn how to attract and build a team. Pass Exams: Life, Health, SIE, Series 63, Series 6 and Series 7 Year 2 Explore leadership and mentor roles. Continue running and building your own Financial Planning Practice. Further your personal education with continued licensing. Year 3 through Retirement are unique to the individual and within their control. Leadership and growth opportunities will be discussed in the interview process. Hybrid Working Environment - in person expectation 4 days per week for new advisors.
