Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute individualized therapy plans for patients, emphasizing early interventions and same-day evaluations to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Cultivate a professional and collaborative work environment that encourages full participation from colleagues to promote teamwork and quality care.
• Work closely with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify clinical improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication and engagement strategies.
• Utilize clinical systems proficiently to ensure efficient documentation and coding, capturing charges effectively while adhering to patient care protocols.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Florida State Practice Act, rules, regulations, and workers' compensation regulations.
• Drive improvements in patient and client experience metrics, striving for exceptional satisfaction levels.
• Consistently apply all components of the Physical Therapy Guidebook and ensure the delivery of the Perfect PT visit for each patient.
• Oversee clinical outcomes and address any outlier cases in collaboration with fellow staff therapists.
• Optimize clinical workflows to enhance patient capture, referral processing, and scheduling efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse population of individuals undergoing rehabilitation for various physical conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Your knowledge and skills will be instrumental in tailoring therapy approaches that address specific patient needs, enhancing recovery times, and improving overall health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose effective solutions.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact with patients and their families with empathy and professionalism.
• Capacity to foster a collaborative work environment that contributes to optimal patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
