Banquet Captain
Europa Village Winery is seeking an experienced Banquet Captain to provide hands-on direction, leadership, training, and support for the banquet team during assigned events and daily to maintain department readiness. By aligning with our core values, strategic goals and objectives, this individual will work closely with the Banquet Managers, the sales and catering team, and different managers, supervisors, and employees across the property. This is a dynamic role that will support a large staff of up to 40 team members. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with a motivating and energetic personality. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential and prior banquet experience is required. This is a part-time hourly position with a company that operates 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. A successful candidate must be available and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
