Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Remote, temporary opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting customers, managing service inquiries, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The position offers exposure to operations within a regulated financial services environment while working closely with leadership and support teams to achieve service goals. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to quality service will help candidates succeed in this role.
Compensation:
$16.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday with 8 hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST. Training is conducted Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Deliver professional support to customers by responding to inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
• Maintain consistent attendance and adherence to assigned schedules to support service level expectations and operational needs.
• Document customer interactions and update records to ensure accuracy and continuity of service.
• Apply coaching and performance feedback to continuously improve service quality and customer interactions.
• Support daily customer service functions within a financial services environment while following established procedures and compliance requirements.

• Must reside in Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas, Kentucky, Alabama, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, South Carolina, Maryland, Arkansas, or North Carolina.
• Previous customer service experience with strong verbal communication and problem solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to receive direction, implement feedback, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Ability to work independently in a professional Remote setting free from ongoing distractions.
• Reliable internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps; higher speeds of approximately 100 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload are preferred.
