$100,000 to $140,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
• Develop and implement comprehensive case strategies that align with client goals and legal standards.
• Negotiate settlements and resolutions with opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, ensuring their rights and interests are effectively advocated.
• Collaborate with our remote team to share insights, strategies, and support for complex cases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law regulations and precedents to provide informed legal advice.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements, with precision and clarity.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive case strategies that align with client goals and legal standards.
• Proven track record of negotiating settlements and resolutions with opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Strong courtroom advocacy skills to effectively represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with our remote team, sharing insights and strategies for complex cases.
• Up-to-date knowledge of family law regulations and precedents to provide informed legal advice.
• Precision and clarity in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
