There is no requirement to bring in clients. Your work will include: Divorce, including high‑asset matters Custody and time‑sharing matters Alimony and support Modifications and enforcement Paternity and domestic violence Mediation, hearings, and trials Drafting, discovery, and strategy development Client‑facing work from day one Collaboration with paralegals and junior team members You will have frequent courtroom opportunities and the ability to shape cases strategically.
