Location: East Palo Alto, CA 94303
Pay: $22.00/hr, paid weekly
2 shifts available:
- Hours: Friday Tuesday | 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Hours: Thursday Monday | 1PM 10PM
Overview: Seeking a customer-focused associate to assist customers with loading purchases, maintain shopping tools throughout the store, and support various customer service functions in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Description:
- Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise
- Collect and replenish carts, strollers, bags, maps, and other shopping tools
- Maintain a clean and organized loading area
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Support returns, click & collect, and merchandise pickup areas as needed
- Ensure shopping tools and work areas are stocked and ready for business
Required Skills:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull carts throughout the shift
