We are currently seeking a motivated and strategic Outside Sales/Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing a high-performing sales team to drive company revenue and expand our market presence.
Compensation & Career Growth
- Hourly to Full Commission: This position begins as an hourly role during your initial phase, transitioning into a high-earning full-commission structure as you build your pipeline.
- Advancement Opportunities: Start in outside sales with a clear path to step up into a Sales Manager role, where you will build, mentor, and lead your own dedicated sales team as our company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Phase 1 – Outside Sales: Start directly in outside sales to master our offerings, drive new business, and build partnerships with potential clients.
- Leadership Transition: Move up to Sales Manager to build, oversee, and coordinate your own high-performing sales team.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and track performance for team members and future hires.
- Strategy & Goals: Establish sales territories, quotas, and innovative strategies to drive revenue.
- Analytics & Forecasting: Analyze sales statistics, track market trends, and report regularly on individual and team performance to improve business forecasting.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-earning structure.
- Previous experience in outside sales, customer service, or related field.
- Experience as a supervisor, manager, or team lead with strong leadership qualities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Excellent ability to build rapport with clients and motivate a team.
