Accounts payable specialist

We are currently interviewing for a sharp Accounts Payable Specialist to drive precision across our payment workflows, manage key vendor relationships, and support our fiscal integrity during this high-energy, 6-month contract. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP and Excel to handle three-way invoice matching, audit employee expenses, and execute timely payment disbursements with accuracy. Responsibilities

• Efficiently process a high daily volume of vendor invoices with exceptional accuracy to ensure timely payment disbursements and maintain flawless general ledger account balances.
• Perform meticulous three-way matching by cross-referencing purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices to identify billing discrepancies before securing payment approvals.
• Audit and execute employee expense reports in strict accordance with corporate policy standards and tax compliance guidelines.
• Utilize advanced proficiency SAP and Microsoft Excel, including complex functions and data analysis, to perform account reconciliations and generate clear financial reports.
• Demonstrate a solid foundation in core accounting principles combined with a proven ability to manage confidential financial records under tight operational deadlines.
