Remote Licensed Clinical Therapist

New Seasons Market seeks a Remote Licensed Clinical Therapist to support the well-being of our diverse, values-driven retail workforce. In this role, you will provide individual and group teletherapy to employees and eligible family members, conduct assessments, create person-centered treatment plans, and document care in line with clinical and regulatory standards. You’ll use evidence-based modalities, offer crisis support, and collaborate with HR on wellness initiatives while maintaining strict confidentiality.
