This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States Seeking a B2B Media Senior Account Executive with expertise in driving revenue in the CPG & retail industry by selling events, digital media, and sponsored custom content. The ideal candidate will have experience selling events, digital media and marketing programs to savvy clients. Sales will be driven by a consultative or needs-based approach providing accounts with solutions to business growth and marketing challenges. In this role, you will utilize a consultative, needs-based approach to provide accounts with solutions for their business growth and marketing challenges. Key Responsibilities Consultative Selling: Lead discovery sessions with key clients and stakeholders to uncover gaps in their go-to-market strategy. Proven track record of net-new business acquisition: Demonstrated ability to independently source, qualify, and close new business to expand market share. Integrated Program Development: Create strategic programs across the brand portfolio, including event sponsorships, digital media, custom content, and research programs. Meeting & Presentation Excellence: Conduct weekly consultative client meetings and deliver polished presentations to close high-value programs. Execution & Success: Partner with internal production and execution teams to ensure client success and flawless delivery of closed programs. Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue while maintaining CRM integrity (Ad Orbit) to achieve growth goals. Industry Representation: Attend key industry events to develop new business and manage existing relationships, traveling approximately 20% of the time. Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of assigned brands, audience positioning, and the competitive landscape. Position Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of success selling B2B integrated media and event solutions to c-suite clients. Proven Track Record: Successful history of exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships. Business Development & Prospecting: A proactive hunter with a proven ability to independently identify, prospect, and secure new client accounts. Technical Aptitude: Uses CRM and sales dashboards to track deal progress and pinpoint untapped market opportunities. Skilled in building customized, data-driven pitch sales presentations and leveraging AI tools for efficient lead generation and prospecting workflows. Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital analytics and audience metrics to identify pre-sale opportunities and communicate post-sale performance to clients. Communication & Organization: Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and strong verbal/written communication skills. Self Starter: A self-motivated individual with a strong internal engine who doesn't wait for a playbook to take action, solve problems, or optimize processes. Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
