Job Description of Restaurant Manager Takes responsibility for growth & development by setting goals and leading his/her team. Seeks out knowledge without direction and has an entrepreneurial spirit. Qualifications of Restaurant Manager 3+ years of current Restaurant Management experience in a fast casual atmosphere. Great attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for the hospitality industry and people. Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Hands-on approach with hiring, training, and developing people.
